Dear Sir,

Our District Chittorgarh Rajasthan in Our ADM LA Mr. Khivaram Company favor land acquisition process in many mistake done. ADM LA is used all rights in favor of Company Hindustan Zinc Ltd Chanderia.

This is very bed position of farmer ADM LA, HZL Management and local MLA, MP Not support to farmer.

HZL Biliya land acquisition matter in many farmer land dispute but not solve there problem by HZL & ADM LA in false paper work in this acquisition matter in award notice. The main point of Farmer is not received payment of land. The land transfer to HZL A/c this is 420 done by ADM LA and HZL Mgmt. Farmer give Dharana at HZL main gate 163 days but not solve there problem.

Please see this matter for farmer help please. Amendment in Land Acquisition Act 1894 in provision for Employment each land losser & land value as per market rate not for DLC. The DLC rate only use for farmer.Make a industrial land acquisition act.
